Dr. Andrew N. Meltzoff是華盛頓大學的心理系教授，也是The Center of Mind, Brain, and Learning 的副主任。他大學畢業於哈佛大學，並在牛津大學拿到博士學位。Dr. Andrew N. Meltzoff是國際公認的嬰兒心智發展專家，他對嬰兒能力與發展的發現促成了嬰兒心理學研究的革命性突破。

Dr. Andrew N. Meltzoff在嬰兒心智發展領域有極大的成就，曾獲得許多榮譽:
